Marine Knife for Ghetto Surgery

Basically, make the marine knife a substitute for a bone saw in ghetto surgery, similar to how a hatchet is.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Well, I think it would be a cool addition to frantic surgery on the field. Especially since we have all the other ghetto tools readily available, except the hatchet. As most medical doctors know, Ghetto surgery is an odds of failure, with tables being 1/3 odds, and roller beds being a 1/4 odds, per step. Or.. something. Somehow roller beds are better than tables.

Just an added Ghetto Surgery tool.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
Marine Knife acts as a hatchet does in Ghetto Surgery. If there is maybe another tool that could be better used than the marine knife, suggestions for that are fine.

i for one think this is an awesome idea, using hatchets was probably left over from more normal servers that might see them more commonly, proper combat knives seem super rare in other servers so it makes sense why they'd use whatever is more common.

in fact since apop has said he intends to get rid of the medics surgery kits soon ghetto surgery is going to become ALOT more common soon

NO, I just MOVED the kits, and medics shouldn't be doing ghetto surgery. They should be brining peeps who need surgery, to the Sulaco, or the FOB.

You better not be removing surgery kits.

I still remember the "Medbay in a Box" Surgery crate with added first aid kits and blood, plus roller beds for use in FOBs. Good times, but not near as convenient as modern surgery kits.
