Admin application age limit removal

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):Remove the age limit on admin applications due to ease of avoidance and disregard of all other factors.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Currently, with the required age limit on an admin application, anyone under that age could whip up a decent looking application and change their age. They will get appealed as normal and rewarded at the VERY least feedback. Those who DO apply truthfully are simply given the "Yer under 16 closed". This comes with the added bonus of completely disregarding everything else posted no matter the quality.
TL;DR It's currently easy to dodge and doesn't reward truth.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Of course age should always be taken into consideration. EVERYTHING should. Not everything disregarded the instant age < 16.

You want them to remove the age restriction to apply for moderator because people can lie about their age? Of course they can lie, that doesn't mean they'll get away with it, and if they do, well, that just means they're mature enough to hide it.

I really don't see why the age restriction should be removed just because people can lie on the internet.

I dont think the age limit should be removed either. While they can lie, it probably wouldn't be beneficial in the long run.

There is no reason to remove it, We want staff that are at-least 16 and over for multiple reasons.

But in all seriousness if there is a ignorant "lel under 16" as the only reason for those under 16 it seems a tad weird. If the person is legitimately going to take the role seriously then give them a chance. You may even find those younger than 16 may have more spare time to guard the server while older people have more busy lives. As i'm older 16 I couldn't be trying to hoist myself up in some selfish way. I try to think of it objectively. However, of course there are going to be a mountain of immature people under 16 (what do you expect?) and if there are you can just kick them back into the filth with the rest of us. :>
