2 neurotoxins (sentinel)

Bug Description:
A concise description of what the problem is. Pure description, no narrative or conversational language.
For some reason, sentinel has 2 same neurotoxins, but different names
Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Step by step instructions on how to reproduce this bug.
  2. Do not assume anything, the more detailed your list of instructions, the easier it is for the developer to track down the problem!

(Optional) Other notes: They basically same, just different names, i saw this only on sentinel for now

Weak Neurotoxin: 2 second stun, 5 second cooldown
Neurotoxin: 5 second stun, 10 second cooldown.

I think the cost, might need to be fixed, Weak Neuro, only costs 50.

Scratch that. i forgot the plasma increase cost for the neuros.

One of those, is actually the "ranged neurotoxin" controlled by shift-click. It's a temp test power.
