Brig lockers lock but can be unlocked by people that are locked up.

Bug Description:
Brig lockers can be unlocked by the prisoner after the timer is set and cell locked.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Commit a crime.
2. Get caught by MP's
3. Get brigged
4. Get out of bed, click on cell locker
5. ????
6. Profit! (or escape)

On another note, you can't open brig cell doors unless you shut the timer off. And one of the cell doors don't even shut when the timer is set I think.

I noticed one cell doesn't like to close, but if you open and close it then it closes. And yes the only way to open cell doors is to stop the timer.

I know I was restating what you said. The doors seem to be bugged in the way that you can't open them without stopping the timer.

The cell door not opening when the timer was on was considered a feature back then, not a bug, and the code needs to be brought back up to date to fix it. As for the lockers... Well...
