Perhaps try pulling the facehugged marine into your nest? If you would permaban a player, you owe it to him to look into his logs and hear his side of the story. And if you cannot bear to do that, then perhaps the player does not deserve to be banned.

Actually, one of the discussions we've had, is that possibly, the surgery/removal will have a chance to kill, as well as do damage to the player, relative to the stage:
Stage 1 removal: 0% chance to kill player, 25 brute damage to chest
stage 2 removal: 25% chance to kill player, 50 brute damage to chest otherwise
stage 3 removal: 50% chance to kill player, 50 Brute, 50 Toxin damage otherwise
stage 4 removal: 75% chance to kill player, 50 brute, 50 toxin, 50 oxy damage otherwise.
Stage 5: Burst...
Stage 1 removal: 0% chance to kill player, 25 brute damage to chest

Commonly when the marines are being surgeryed upon, its on stage 3-4 and if you lucky, 2, heck they sometimes are already close to stage 5...

The Hugger time is already fairly long i know it was shortened but even so as the hugger knockout was shortened the infection was sped up.. so.. i don't really see a need for this anymore.. i mean yes i agree with you on the fact we need maybe toxins damage or brute to happen when you are hugged, not too much mind you, just enough to make people think twice about running in.

@ Wooks, welp I kinda want Brute damage because Toxin is a little OP because (I think) toxin damange slowly inceases over time if not treated

You were suggesting 75% chance of instadeath and you say toxin damage is OP? Give me the damage, that I can deal with. Again, I posted what our "eventual" plan is. That's the only thing we'll do. We don't want to make facehuggers so much of a disability, that it removes people for long times if they are just hit with a hugger randomly, in a group.
