Bug Description:
You can still find welding masks on the Nostromo, in Welding Supplies lockers
[citation needed] in engineering storage.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to the Nostromo.
2. Go to the middle lobby-bit where all the engineer's lockers are.
3. Shoot open one of the Welding Supplies lockers.
4. Grab a welding mask.

Why did we get rid of welding masks? Just nerf the hugger protection to 1. As an engineer, I VASTLY preferred a mask to goggles, they let me wear Mesons. And it looks cooler and makes it a bit easier for other marines to identify the Engineer. Really, I'd prefer all headgear was simply knocked off, rather than destroyed by huggers, but I suppose people have their reasons for this.

You can rush 'em, but they are still nerfed like everything else.

So I ask again. Why where they removed? If they aren't any more effective than Helmet, shouldn't they be added back to the Lathes and Tool Vendors? To my knowledge they were removed from Sulaco Prep rooms because Squad Leaders would grab them use them without any intent of welding, and they were further removed from Lathes because people would just rush to Cargo and make a mask so they could walk through hugger nests and soak up 5+ huggers.

Because at this point, other than aesthetic value, changing the vendor code again really doesn't have any value to it. And they were only nerfed in the last nerfing of the helmets, thats why they were removed before.

I vaguely remember welding helmets being removed from all over the station, but I can't remember why.
I decided not to remove those helmets. Instead, I just nerfed them slightly to be more in line with other hardsuit helmets.
Fixed.
