"We sold the nuke codes to the syndicate" event

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
If the commander ask for the nuke codes too much, or the CC feels like being funny, they can sell the nuke codes to the syndicate and then syndicate spawn in coming to blow up the nuke.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
In general I think it'd be a fun event to shake things up in stale games a bit, or to give a trigger happy commander a lesson. Also give people who died early or joined late something to do.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Basically, at the admins digression they can respond to someone asking for nuke codes to CC with "We sold the nuke codes to fund (X) with a lightsaber" X being whatever they want. At this point a syndicate ship will be reported in the area and arrive at the nostromo in a few minutes. It can be comprised of people who've already died or whatever the admin wants. For example, say the nuke would fix the alien problem easily, the sulaco is in a proper situation to be granted access to the codes, and the game has only been going for a short time. You can do this instead of saying "you can't have the nuke codes because your not trying hard enough" and give them a bit of a challenge. It would also be hilarious in certain situations.
