When said coding could be used on something that is more pressing.
Just punish the people, restrict areas and be vigliant.

NEVER use mindbreaker on anyone, it takes a long time to wear off and you hallucinate really bad as in seeing people beat you and a few other effects, remember kids, spess drugs are the safe alternative to mindbreaker.

Controlled doses of Synpatazine can significantly reduce the effects of Mind Breaker if I'm not mistaken. But it's easier to run a person through the cloner.

It is very easy to find anyone that does this and they will promptly be banned.
