Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
You know how every time that the emergency shuttle has been called, it leaves after 3 minutes and the game ends as soon as it arrives, with Alien minor victory? The problem is that it does seem to do so even if there is no marine aboard the evacuation shuttles. So, what if the game continued in such cases and allowed for the game's proper ending?
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
It would make it more significant for marines to access the emergency shuttles and punish them if not a single one managed to fulfill that goal. They are required to leave the station to save themselves, not just try to survive until the timer runs off. This would add more endgame depth.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
When the evacuation shuttles reach their destination without a single marine aboard, the game would continue as if there was no evacuation at all - the aliens would be allowed to finish off the marines, or if they weren't strong enough, marines could sway the tides of battle and actually manage to suppress the infestation.

An alternative is to declare major alien victory.

We could modify Central Command, add a new condition. If there are still marines left alive on the Sulaco or Nostromo then the game wouldn't end. The Central Command Headquarters would instead become the marine's new Base of Operations. The Central Shuttles can be refitted to work like Shuttles One and Two. The marines can land on both the Sulaco and Nostromo plus an event like HiT being spawned would happen, only this will happen if the marines arrive on Central. Instead of HiT getting spawned, a bunch of marines will be spawned instead and from an RP point they are Officers that occupy Central Command with a few detachment of marines/soldiers.

Indeed, Caryl's suggestion does sound insane programming-wise. How about mine though? It's not as hard, right?
