Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Infectoids are basicly zombies that are friendly to alien lore http://avp.wikia.com/wiki/Infectoid

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Well they would definitely add for interesting rounds/events, It also would mean marines would have firefights since infectoids could fire weapons

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Basicly have maybe a 1/10 chance of a facehugger being a Infectoid facehugger

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Implement it like a infection where once you have been infected by one of these you will slowly start to turn into a Infectoid and you will require some type of medicine from the chem dispenser to cure you. like a disease.

Nicely done, though a small suggestion...

The cure should be fabricated slowly, and hard to be found. But when It Is made, a doctor must always carry It, since they "only know how to use it", and that doctor could be escorted by multiple Marines, or even ERT...?

I would be wary of adding these, given the aliens might attack them anyway because they would probably (unless given a different, obvious sprite) difficult to spot. And, what would an infectoid do? Would they kill the marines or try to disable them for the aliens? I can guess the aliens would hate that when they're trying to infect people.

Infectoids would probably be given a blue skin tone so they could be identified as one, They would mainly be there to keep marines at bay, as distractions, to disable them (Aiming for the feet) Or shooting the head if the queen wants the marines dead.

I guess that means infectoids have some sort of way to communicate with aliens - probably :a I guess. HRmhrmr. I think would work out decently well.

Due to them being zombies, I suggest them being able to hear hivemind, but not speak in it. This also gives marines a slightly better advantage.

First the doctors AND the researchers must help each other to find it in order to get the cure BUT as you said it will take time and that gives me an idea...

There will be 5-10 different possibilities for the cure since we don't want it to be that easy to find like which wire is the one for dem secret goods in the vending machines.

This should not be a playable character/alien. Instead keep it as a zombie but maintain it as a roaming NPC that simply lunges and does direct attack. If you start giving aliens weapon abilities youre taking away from the whole Alien VS Marine combat mechanics.

Meh, I honestly just want something for Xenos thats new. Marines get all the new toys but our Xenos don't. Maybe a new caste or something I dunno, I need more of a challenge I am tired of massacring them.

I really like this idea actually.... It would give it more sense for the Charge ability they have also

You mean these be a virus that spreads through a god damn bite/blood/air/touch or etc and if you get it, you have like, 5 minutes or so to get a cure or slow it down so you won't become a zombie or brutally die?
