Bug Description:
pAI's can't hear text broadcasted through megaphones.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Be a pAI
2. Be cool
3. Have someone talk into a megaphone

Its probably related to their inability to see a variety of actions, such as most attacks. Think its something to do with which vision variable they use.
