Alien Victory Fix

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Make the Alien Minor Victory require that a human ACTUALLY ESCAPE.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Currently aliens often receive only a minor victory despite having wiped out every human on the Sulaco. Usually because there is some AFK survivor hiding in a locker on the Nostromo, or hidden in the armory in a locker. The problem is that the Nostromo is extremely large, and searching the entire thing by the time you realize someone is actually hiding there takes way too long. It's frustrating and demoralizing when you kill every person except that one guy in a locker hiding in the assistants break room/laundromat, and it counts as an evacuation anyway.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Add a clause into the minor victory that states that a marine must be on a shuttle when it escapes to trigger a minor victory.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
Simply make it so that the Alien Major Victory also triggers if the Sulaco is evacuated, but there are no humans on the pods. This would take away the frustration of a MINOR VICTORY after killing every last person on the Sulaco is dead.

This, I need it so much. I meant it here, but it got put in Resolved for no reason, without implementing it.

If they guy isn't SSD, then it's legit.

It got moved there, because it was resolved and denied.

We aren't doing any edits to the current game-mode until after Alpha.
