+1. Its a good idea, its frustrating to die right next to cover and your friend can't just grab you and pull you five feet.

Then let see

Tier 1 can pull Tier 1 and Tier 2

Tier 2 can pull Tier 2 and Tier 1

Tier 3 can pull Tier 1 Tier 2 and Tier 3

So we dont have warrior which can pull ravagers hivelord and queen to the opposite side of the station in a matter of seconds

You have no idea, how difficult this would even be.

I just removed the pulling ability completly from runners. There's not really a simple way to make a "tier detection" system for pulling without a LOT of new code...

The other thing that should be pointed out is that you use the intelligence of the marines/xenos in your debate - you should never be taking the intelligence of the player into account when deciding on a balance, as that is completely subjective. You can have a competent commander who uses grenades masterfully, and you can have Urist Mcbaldie who manage to wipe the FOB of the face of the nostromo with a poor throw - in either case, the grenade is the same, so you can't balance it for the stupidity of the user. If the marines decline to fire after a squishy runner stuck walking with a critical xeno in tow, that is their prerogative and shouldn't be used as an argument for or against the suggestion.

How, i am completely for the ability to pull xenos, but with one small addition (and i swear i've made this suggestion before...) of an IF statement that checks if they are currently critical, preventing you from grabbing an active, non-resting xeno at all, making the debate about movement from this moot.

As for the pulling debate, that shouldn't have been given so much floor space here, you should have gone and made a new topic for it.

All aliens can pull and move other aliens, except for runners, who don't have the strength to even pull marines. Use the grab intent if you absolutly need to.
