-1 um NO that round we had no commander or LO and in the last 20 seconds of the vote a commander has joined the round
and what if aliens board the station what do you want the marines to do we cant call the emergency shuttle if no admins on so we resume at the crew transfer

its said this should be used when round is stuck and no adminz. rather give admins and mods option to disable/enable votes so they cant be called when staff memeber is on. might still call for shitty reasons but atleast its not called when staff peps are on

You need about 25 for a healthy start.

Oh dear, the admins doing their jobs, how bad. There's always a large amount of people who see it, the person that calls it is listed. Ban the people who call it for no reason. If the admins don't want to go in the logs and ctrl + f 'a crew transfer vote has been called!' then they can go and ask if anyone remembers who called it. Regardless, I have not seen a point where admins aren't on and the server isn't dead at the same time, so if it truly is such a tremendous problem that you make it out to be, then the admins can simply look in the few hours they don't have people on to cut down their log surfing time.

Then give them the times, take town the shitler's name and give it to the admins later, there's ways that aren't 'one person out of ten abuses it, remove it entirely' to handle this.
