Bug Description:
If you get facehugged by a dead hugger, you can still get infected by it.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Walk towards the hugger in his jump range and click on it at the same time to kill it
2.It dies and latches on your face
3.You get knocked out and infected after some time
Dead huggers can infect you

This is one of those rare bugs.
Should hugger still infect you, though you should've already kill it.

Sounds like that bug where a marine could walk onto a closed door - Godlike timing allowing a Schrodinger's Hugger.
Couldn't think of a solution for that one either. Just a case of it requires some brilliant timing, so is hard to pull off.

Fixed.

If you would permaban a player, you owe it to him to look into his logs and hear his side of the story. And if you cannot bear to do that, then perhaps the player does not deserve to be banned.
