Are we going batshit crazy on marines again? Well, let's start doing the same to aliens. Here are a few suggestions:
1) You can't run away from grenades. You just don't know what they are.
2) You can't be afraid of land mines. Even if one explodes when you walk over it, chances are you didn't even notice it in first place.
3) You can't tell what weapons do unless you DIRECTLY see them. Aliens can't see through walls, they detect prey through pheromones, so you can't see any of the marines' equipment.
4) If a marine plants C4 to a wall next to you and you get away from that wall, a minimum 3h ban must be applied. You don't know what C4 does.
5) If a marine puts his weapon away and you see it through your thermal vision, you CANNOT rush the marine. Remember, the thermal vision simulates pheromone detection.

If you would permaban a player, you owe it to him to look into his logs and hear his side of the story. And if you cannot bear to do that, then perhaps the player does not deserve to be banned.

That Sentinel never manged to kill anyone just spit,tackle,slash run off, everyone he slashed didn't even go into Crit.
And he kept running into Maintenance... Anywho, yeah Sentinel SPIT does jackshit.

And if every Alien had that much Heath the round would end... VERY QUICKLY. Aliens need good Heath because Ambushes do shit unless we get them into a corner they cant escape from, because when Aliens come out of Maintenance, marines tend to run in the other direction so while we are catching up with them on foot to get into Melee range, we are being shot at, if we did the Idea of no Heath and permanent damage, Aliens would stand maybe a 2% Chance, and maybe is a strong word.
Plus in Alpha there is 0% Cover if the alien is caught out in the open so if that happens with your 'genius nerfs' The Alien would die. Hell, even if we got close we'd be dead, Aliens live on weeds, in Alpha we cant build on none-Weeded tiles, we can not heal on none-weeded tiles, we do not regan plasma (Quickly) When off weeds. In Alpha there are also Tiles We Cant Plant Weeds On. Most notworthy is the Jungle, and guess wut there are Monkeys we need to infect there. And to get back on topic,
I still think it would be glorious for a marine to wake up in a cave with a Alien on his face... If said Marine knew what RP is.

Sorry but I just have to say that I love this solely because I don't need to see door resin with no weeds under it. I know this is a major nerf but that's always been a thing that bugged me, since weeds can't grow under resin.

Again, a alien should not be trying to alone ever engage more than 1 damn marine, it's ridiculously stupid a warrior can rush through all the fire, tackle you in front of 5 other marines still firing at him, and pull you away to the hive

Know teamwork?

Ok... Well Still I think the Marine should be A.) Lose memory and B.) Be unable to speak through the hugger/Sound drunk through the hugger

well if aliens dont take it off then marines obviously know it was on their face. they could just wake up and shout to team about it

I personally try to do this when ive escaped a hugging, only if i have been infected however and blacked out ect.

Noone should be able to solo an EVA helmet with huggers.
Really, we were debating if aliens should even be ABLE to carry huggers, and that maybe they should just keep the marines down/tackle and drag them to eggs. Which is, what they do in the movies.

Because if this true, virtually every last person playing as the aliens should be banned for running from grenades alone; in fact this problem is so bad it informs my grenade design; I make fuses extremely short so they lose the opportunity to flee, which they always do, even if no one on Team Marine has ever used a grenade against the aliens.

People run from manufacturd grenades, becuase 95% of the time, they are polyacid, and INSTANT DEATH to aliens. I will not stop them from running from grenade abuse.

I'm fairly certain, by the time manufactured grenades would be necessary, there has already been a TON of grenade throwing, so the aliens can run from things thrown at them.

I would say it should be allowed because there are times in which we need to give the players OOC information to preserve the game function.
If the aliens can't run from grenades ever, then they get stomped into the pavement by a single grenade, because they have a stun ability if they don't kill the alien immediately, ensuring a swift and painful death.
