Disable Combat Pistols from fitting in Backpack

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Disable Combat Pistols from fitting in Backpack any storage at all.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
I think this will get people to roleplay and learn to put pistols in their different hands and not in their pockets or armour storage or belt

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
I'm tired of seeing non-rp plebians walking around with pistols in their holsters and I think this could be fixed

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
Pretty easy just change boolean fits_in_any_storage from true to false

If this is my rifle, a M14 and this is my gun, my underwear, then it means you can't put pistols on pockets, but you can use a colt as underwear, please add 45. M4A3 to The underwear list for the alpha, and remove abilty to use in storage slots.

When I was in Iraq, I had a friend who literally carried a backpack full of handguns into sector, so I can confirm, this is an actual thing.
