Prone Postion for Marines for Shooting

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Marines now can drop onto the ground and be able to fire there guns. Disabling friendly fire by marines shooting upright and not on the prone marines sprite.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Friendly fire will lessen greatly and other sorts.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): In the IC tab Prone Firing postion will be listed. Once clicked it takes five seconds for the marine to lay in the postion. He/she can only rotate around but that takes three seconds to change direction. Movement in this postion is extremly slow and can not fire when moving. Takes an additional five seconds to get back up from this postion. Allowing fellow marines to fire over their comrades without worry of friendly fire unless they click on their sprite. All stuns and alien abilties still work pn marines in prone.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Have a spriter make a gun icon stick out with the rest sprite on the back.

This has been posted so many times before, all times getting +1ed by the playerbase and -1ed by the developer team. It would cause massive ballance issues, and it would be impossible to code.
