Smartgun tweeks

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): I Propose we change the smart gun slightly, it should shoot similar to the pulse rifle, but my main idea is that it should take up the armor equipment slot on the bottom right and be attached to the battle harness, this would mean it cannot be dropped unless it is detached from the harness, and the HUD should label enemies as such.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):adding a slight bonus with the non dropping of the gun to couter all the heavy debuffs for using it such as no other weapons and limited visual range, changing the sound effect to give it more of a pulse rifle sound like the film

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):generally a smoother time operating the smart gun, and less fear about having only one or two weapons since you know your gun is attached to you

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): literally a code job, just make it so that the smart gun when equipped takes up the armor equipment slot on your body too.

Yeah thats the one! not the actual slots in the armor just the bottom right slot on the inventory screen

I haven't tried the smart gun... I can't really say my opinion here how it is.

Hmm, whilst I like the idea, the issue is that it would be rather difficult to set the game up to use suit storage slot and still be fireable, since firearms only work from the hands, and have done so since the original code. However, abby has done some work with undroppable items, so that shouldn't be too hard to set up.
+1 to that from me, but just need to make sure it can't be fired from the ground.

So, at the exchange of never dropping it unless you drop your battle harness, you lose your suit storage...

Nice, but that means you only have one hand at all times when you have the battle harness on... Meh, still +1.
