Airlock Electronics Don't Reset; Partly Deconstructed Double Airlocks Occupy One Tile

Bug Description:

Per the title.

It is _impossible_ to reset the access levels of airlock electronics you remove from an airlock. It doesn't matter how you use them; whether you drag the ID on the electronic or vice versa, use the electronics, use the ID when the electronics are in hand, click the 'Swipe ID' lick on the electronics GUI _then_ drag one onto the other, etc... This bug actually got me killed because I could not secure a door properly in time as a direct consequence and I'm admittedly pretty butthurt about it. Annoying as fuck.

Double airlocks also only occupy one tile when partly disassembled (after being wrenched and wired, before airlock electronics are added).

It's not impossible, the only bug here is that you need station (a.k.a. Nostromo) engineer access to actually change airlock electronics.
