(Alpha) Additional rocket types

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Add additional rocket types to the existing ones (High Explosive and Armour Piercing) that can be fired by the rocket launcher.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Gives the marines more tactical manoeuvrability.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Some examples are:
Incendiary - Fires a rocket that essentially ignites 3x3 tiles on impact.
Smoke - Essentially a rocket version of the existing smoke grenade.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
Balance might be an issue so the 'special' rockets would be incredibly limited (1-2 per squad).

If I remember, I think you fire ENOUGH rockets at predators who just want to be your friend.

Anyway, we might be able to do more rockets in the future.
