[Alpha][Resolved] Command Chat is Light Grey

It hurts my eyes and should return to the navy blue/dark grey colour it was before.

General chat should be grey, command chat should be still be the dark blue.

Command chat is light grey for me, and general chat is green. This is for the alpha, FYI.
