Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):A commander job with their own office. they are allowed to go into ground combat where the ship commander isnt they are to make in combat decisions and tell the squad leaders where to go. below commander in power. but above lo's and sl's

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):More mp. Better Leadership and planning and combat direction

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):they would have their own office with their own uniform and kit their office would also inclue a small amout of medical kit and a set of tools. And an armourd beret and their own form of riot armour they will plan what to do with the ship commander and they will lead the squads into battle they will rank above squad leaders and lo's but serve under the commander they are expected to lead in battle but not normally be on the front lines instead leading from the fob.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Add a new room to the sulaco and put in the field commanders armour (riot armour with buffs against bullets as well as armoured gloves that work the same as insulated ones but also give boost in armour and a beret that can withstand five huggers before it is destroyed and protects against bullets and melee attacks

Agreed, its annoying as hell for the Commander to not have a 2IC to tell him what's really going on and enforce his decisions in the field.

This has been suggested before. Similar to Platoon Leader.

DENIED. If a field commander is necessary, dispatch the XO or put the XO in charge of the ship, and send the CO.
