Fax Machines for WY Liason

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):Add fax machines that play the role of one-way communication to Central Command (Weyland Yutani) the same way that it is used on the Baystation 12 server to report insubordinate behavior or company violations in order to more involve the WY in the round.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):It adds another layer of depth to the rank, and dissuades renegade marines from blowing the head off the liason without first considering the repercussions. Players need to learn the WY liason is only that, a liason, and that while he is no corporate CEO, his word still carries heavy weight on the fate of the marines.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Now, I do not intend for this to be used to halt, interrupt, or otherwise disrupt a round for the marines unless they're being really fucking stupid in absurd ways such as failed mutinies, ridiculous behavior, or other examples such as going rogue or deserting. Even then, these would ICly be handled case-by-case. With the presence of the fax machine with the intent of using it in order to report bad news and GOOD NEWS to the Weyland Yutani corporation, I feel the round will have another little layer of immersive depth.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Add fax machines to the office and quarters of the Weyland Yutani official.
