CM Version (alpha or Regular):Alpha
Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Marines could die through too much pain in a critical condition and would steadily loose health (considering the health bar is a pain bar) and when at 20-30 Health, go immediately into Critical of -20 Health because too much pain causes a medical shock and shocks have accounted for the majority of deaths in WW1, WW2, and even in the modern day account for around 40% of death in the battleground.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Make the Marine Doctors finally use their god damn Tramadol and Morphine and actually give the marine some relief.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Marines would die from too much pain in a critical condition (or maybe red blinking sign) and would steadily loose health (considering the health bar is a pain bar) and when at 20-30 Health, go immediately into Critical of -20 Health because too much pain causes a medical shock and shocks have accounted for the majority of deaths in WW1, WW2, and even in the modern day account for around 40% of death in the battleground. Also add an "Patient is in a medical shock!" status onto the Health Scanner, and maybe some icon for the HealthHUD (Blinking cross sign?)
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): If health bar critical then -0.5HP/second. If HP 20 then variable edit HP = -20 (You get the idea).

Re: [ALPHA] Medical shock
I like the idea and it would add some realism but.. The incompetence I've been seeing in people playing Doctor in Alpha is too high.. I can't trust them With that, Yesterday it took them 30 minutes ( My eyes were burned by a welder near the beginning of the round when i was repairing the Planets engines) Just to fix my eyes. It took them 25 minutes to get to my squad member who was bleeding out from internal bleeding and had broken bones and such... ( we only got help cause thank God a competent person came on) The other competent person was down for the count in surgery leaving a very much incompetent person to do everything.. So.. I'm sort of neutral on this but if we can somehow get around incompetence i would Support this fully.

Re: [ALPHA] Medical shock
Traumatic shock is already a thing, which is basically a measure of your overall pain level, and if it gets too high, your shock level gets too high which causes bad things to happen. At the moment it's non-lethal, but I don't see why it should be made lethal, especially since Medbay is already massively overworked and there doesn't appear to be any relief in sight in terms of sorely needed mechanical improvements that would increase efficiency.
