Bug Description: Clicking on Crew Manifest with the PDA, will cause the PDA to no longer be functional.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Get PDA
2. Access Crew Manifest
3. PDA is now stuck "Initializing..."
Accessing Crew Manifest with PDA breaks the PDA
