Bug Description:

As the title says the injectors have nothing in them.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Walk up to these dispensers.

2.Dispense auto injectors.
3.Inject into self

Any chance all injectors are suffering this issue? Feel like I had the same issue with the Predator injector as well.
