Change the resource download to download everything at the beginning, and not as you go.

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): If possible, change it so instead of downloading resources as necessary in game, you download all the information in the lobby/as you connect.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): This would hopefully remove the issue where everyone's view freezes upon encountering aliens, and in general view freezing.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): I don't know the details of resource downloading, but I believe multiple people would agree with me on doing this, if this is the cause of view freeze.

I think it's to do with byond and i'm fairly sure apop can't do anything to help the download process ( This is me guessing because i presume if he could do anything he would of already done it.)
