Crew Manifest

Bug Description:
The Crew manifest (Viewed from the title screen) isn't very much organized
I'm not sure if this is the same case with the other crew manifest computers and units but it's definitely like this for the title screen.

Exhibit one:

I think the military police should be in their own category as oppose to Command staff.
Also, I dunno what the RO is considered in the position of command but I would assume so in order to fulfill squad requests.
I think it's debatable whether the CE would be up here but it doesn't matter to me.

There is no distinction between the squads.
Just putting them in categories would look a lot nicer.

The Chief Engineer is not even in the engineering field
I don't mind the cargo staff being in miscellaneous due to there being few
(The Alpha Squad leader is likely due to someone getting their access changed so disregard that)

You might ask: Why is this a bug?
Well, I haven't been able to test it on the other computers ingame to see if this still happens, but if it is the same layout for all of them, that could be very hard to keep everything organized and such.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the Crew manifest tab (On the title Screen)
2. Scroll through the list of unorganized staff
3. Sprawl on the floor in dispair due to the messy system
