Xenomorph sprite update

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Basically, make most of the xenos (at least the tier1 xenos) look less like squatting human forms with triangle heads/weird unelegant shapes (you get the idea, if you've been seeing this sprite for so long now) and more like actual frightening xenomorphs, and possibly animations to go along when they move and pounce and such, giving the impression of an agile and dangerous lifeform.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): It would be extremely refreshing to anyone who has played xenos for a good amount of time now, it would look a ton better and make our xenos more unique in general

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): A skilled spriter (prime example: Joshuu) or two would design new looks for the xenos when they're not busy, i.e. maybe something closer to this quality https://gyazo.com/fac24ba8222f08d2266d66f567ec2052 and, depending on what works best make some subtle or defined movement animations for stalking and running etc. Not necessarily much larger sprites or anything, but i think new designs would look good if done right.

Well considering the size limitation for smaller xenos, and making animations will take some time. Plus seeing as this is a free volunteer job then it will take some time before you see updated sprites.
For now these xenos are okay, at least I think so.
Also as you can see that quality has a bigger pixel count, now remember that we have to fit everything into 32x32 for smaller xenos, and it could be done by changing style but too big of a change could be too different from current style.
This would be more feasible if the whole game used bigger sprites
