Sometimes ghosts are invisible

Bug Description: If there is a ghost next to you and you toggle darkness, sometimes you can only see him when darkness is off or vice versa.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Die/Ghost and go to alien hive(not sure it's important)
2. Find another ghost
3. Toggle darkness on/off
4. The ghost may disappear on certain states of darkness

If I remember right, all ghosts(except for yourself) toggle off when you turn darkness off. Just always been a thing. As for ghosts being off when your darkness is on, I don't really know.

I'm sure this is normal. I really liked seeing no ghosts around while I'm doing investigations unless, that is. Create a new verb, toggle-see-ghosts, thingy.

This has been a thing for years. It's intentional.
