Overwatch Consoles unlockable by ID

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Currently, shit Bridge Officers can lock Consoles and leave, making it nigh impossible for anyone on the bridge to actually help squads that were locked off. Just because some asshole thought he was gonna be funny and lock it then log

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
It would help the overall marine experience, especially a commander's experience. At the least, people would be able to help out multiple squads at once

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Either,
1.the Commander and XO can override this,
2.or the ID of the original person who locked it can unlock it.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
How to implement:Make overwatch consoles unlockable by ID, pick one of the options above and you're done! Command is no longer as much of a pain!

Okay, both of CO and XO are gone SSD, and threw their IDs into space. Where is your god now?? No, really, There is no CO and XO is fucking disappeared and you can't find him. What now??

@Jes, that would be a problem no matter what. But even bridge officers can promote themselves should the need arise, they have the access.

I mean that I understand lock on console, but it's fuck ups Bo, XO, CO and esspecially SL with his squad too much. I want it removed or changed somehow. For example, add to SL in object, dunno, verb that unlocks his squad's console. So, he can be back up unlocker if BO went SSD and uknown where he is.

Just remove the lock, there's only about 3-4 people on the bridge at a time anyways... no reason to lock.

+1. Lock is actually needed for when you step away as BO and baldie mcbaldson decides to take over your squad and lead them to death/be absolute shit.
