The rocket launcher has already got two nerfs, while the aliens got a massive buff; a 5 second reload delay is just not needed at the moment.

Actually the unmodified SADAR was more unfair to all marine players- the outcome of a round could have been decided not by hard squad-command work, but just by some lucky bastard with 3-8 missiles.
With current changes introduced you cant just rocket-rambo high tiers, so an adjustment in tactics is necessary.

P.S. Sniper rifle still sucks, and has another topic devoted to it, so less salt and more constructive criticism there, please.
You can't rocket rambo unless, for some reason, you find yourself completely alone against a completely alone alien. Then yes, you can, if you're quick, shoot a rocket and reload and repeat to keep an alien pinned until dead. But that shouldn't ever happen because neither the specialist or any alien should be that far away from backup, and is a huge waste of a rockets for one target. If you try to rocket rambo two and you don't get them both in the first rocket, well, you'll make one shot if the launcher was pre-loaded and in the time it takes you to reload or switch to another weapon the aliens buddy has you knocked down. Queue face-hugging, spam-slash.

The rocket launcher has a delay. The grenade launcher does not. Don't get the two confused.

Rocket launcher has a delay now, it didnt have one before, allowing for multiple rockets to be fired extremely fast and with serious consequences ignoring the rest of the squads effort.

Those 2 seconds will be lowering and raising up rocket launcher. It will be okay. And yeah, reloading while walking is not for rocket launchers.
Revolver, open the cylinder, shake the casings out, take out speed loader, slide into cylinder, drop speed loader, close revolver cylinder.

Also, it already takes like two seconds to reload the M4A1 due to BYOND speed limitations.
