chest bursting and living

Bug Description:
was infected, and thrown into cyro near chest burst. alien chest bursted before i was fully cyroed and i ended up living, with 100% health but an open stomache and chest pains.
there was no signs of chest damage but i kept getting chest pains and symptoms of chest burst
Steps to reproduce:
1.get infected
2.get cyroed while infected for about 5-10 minutes?
3.chestburst in cyro

i gotta say i was in awe. it was really really... odd.

I think the modify toxins proc failed to call while you're in cryo. You NEVER take damage in cryo, unless you're suffocating.

I also just survived being chest burst. I was infected, then burst on the shuttle. I became a xeno despite having the option disabled, and my body failed to die.
1. infected
2. burst
3. became a xeno (because other bug)
4. body failed to die.

When we were back on the original code, i managed to survive one chestburst and a larva popped out, but i was still alive on orange health, 20 seconds later, another larva popped out.
