Add detecting alien embryos with medbay body scanners

Summary: Tweak body scanners in medbay so they can actually detect alien embryos inside marines

Benefits: Sulaco doctors not wearing medical HUDs will now be able to detect parasites inside marines using BODY SCANNERS.

Details: If medical HUDs can detect parasites growing inside marines, then BODY SCANNERS should obviously detect parasites too I mean come on .

I just died because medics would keep shoving me inside body scanners saying everything was ok with me and that they coulnd't see anyhting wrong until the embryo bursted out and then they finally believed me, it was kinda funny.

Yeah, it's a very weird bug, the HUD detects the parasite but the body scanner doesn't.

If it said "unknown body present" then there was an alien and the doctors were stupid if not then it's a bug.

It no longer says that on the Body scanner, I played a few rounds, as medic trying to get ICly proof I had the HUD telling me "unknown body present" but the body scanner said everything was fine.

+0 Honestly, not having the embryo show up in the adv body scanner sounds kinda like a feature. I would be okay with removing the icon from hud scanners personally. I feel like it adds to the whole Alien feel.
