Give Praetorians/Spitters/Sentinels a Speed Boost on Weeds

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Give the 'hive guarding' castes a speed boost when they're on a turf that contains weeds.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Since the praetorian speed nerf everyone has gone down the runner caste. Roundstart alien evolves are like 6 runners, 2 drones and 0-1 sentinels.

The defensive castes, especially the praetorian, are really, really slow now. Excruciatingly slow. You aren't able to switch from defending one area of the hive to another because you simply can't move fast enough. It's also not nearly as viable to 'slow siege' marine FOBs by planting weeds outside and picking people off with neurotoxin and acid, because you can't exploit more than one entryway at a time and you can't retreat if they rush out with a shitton of people.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Just give them a speed boost of x1.2~x2.0 when they're on weeds. This would let them defend multiple hive entrances and would also help them on the offense, without letting them be off-weed speed demons.

Maybe you could make it so that the speedboost elevates the longer they're on weeds. So if they step off to grab someone it's a commitment.
