Mp Office minor adjustment

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):The Mp Office requires an area to store evidence of criminals, currently the only place which is viable to do this is the secure armoury inside the Mp office which isn't too great.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): It will add more Rp and an area to securely put evidence.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Just add a small area into the Mp office so that you can put evidence into it. To be honest this could probably be a locker if needed..
