Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): So this is me trying to apprehend one marine..

Now i know tasers aren't meant to be great.. but 6 shots with a taser and they finally go down is abit excessive if you are in combat or being shot at so i propose it receives a buff so that it won't take this many just to incapacitate one marine.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Mp's will be able to actually catch a bad guy without being shot up completely by the bad guy with a lethal weapon.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Buff the taser so it's viable to take someone down.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):Coding and such.

I understand that Mp's have other tools like the stun baton and flashbang.. but when a bad guy is running away it's ridiculously hard to hit them 6 times so that they go down and can be arrested.

Re-add back in the old CM's taser coding if you can.. Mp's need that one shot against law-breaking marines with bullets and guns

There was a time when tasers one-shot every living bean on Bay. Then it was decided to even up the odds a bit, and taser deals "pain" dissolved by protection a person is wearing.

If that part of the code was "borrowed" without change you wont be able to stun a person in an EVA suit, for example.

History lessons apart +1 on buffing taser to take down an armored marine in 1-3 shots.

I would agree with this, previously I thought the MPs would be fine with their standard gear, but I only played a week on here and only mp once. +1 from me, I am used to the one shot tazer and that is why you will usually see me on other servers just carrying my tazer unless I am fighting xenos just because it is a good weapon to have and I like it old school! Lol

I watched a marine prisoner riot out of his jail cell and slaughter two MPs easy. +1 to stronger MP tasers.

IMPLEMENTED. Tasers are now useful again. however, they have NO affect on preds. So, enjoy that.
