Bug Description:
Cant restock grenade bandolier with grenades as spec.
Starts full, but cant put in more grenades, and once removed grenades cant be put back in.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Spawn as spc
2. Select grenade launcher
3. Try putting grenades in and out and in again

He meant Spec... And it is SCP, not spc, so, joke failed.
