Item's Un-Removeable if Put on by Another Player

Bug Description:
I've noticed this twice now so I figure I ought to make report. When someone other than yourself puts gear on you, you can't interact with it. It's invisible.

Steps to reproduce:
Pretty easy to reproduce. Just have someone else put a uniform or armor on your character.

I had this happen earlier. Didn't know what caused it but this could be the case for me as well. You can still access it by right clicking, but you can't click or drag it.

Happened to me after cloning. I'm used to this bug, so I just LOOC'd the doctor to undress me. So far this is the only way to fix it.

A different version of this bug makes you gear invisible just like this one, but if you anything to modify your appearance (put sunglassess on) the icons appear again.

Bug Description:

Sometimes when another player removes an item off of you and places on a new one, the item does not appear equipped in your gear in the lower left. This wouldn't be so bad, if it wasn't actually equipped and things like surgery internals were taking places of backpacks, or the pesky clown mask didn't take up the slot of your gas mask.

Steps to reproduce:

1.

Have another player remove a piece of your gear, and immediately replace it with another item, I find the clown mask is a favorite.

2.

Open your gear menu in the lower-left of the screen and notice that there is no item in the slot, but you have the item equipped and every other player sees that it is equipped.

3.

Right-click the empty slot and notice that you register that the item is there, but it cannot be removed by yourself, it has to be removed by another player. Unless you re-log, where it will show in the gear menu.

4.

Re-log or have another player remove the item, the only two ways that I have found that the item can be removed.

They can even replace it with your own gear. I've had this happen to me after surgery. Even my ID was invisible to me.

Drop an item, then pick it back up, this is a "refresh' glitch that has existed for awhile.

After you do that, it should be fine. I'll see what we can do.

The problem is I can't grab the items because they're invisible in my inventory. I'd have to have someone else strip them from me and then put them back on. If I right clicked, I could see that they're there and examine them, but I couldn't drag or left click them.

This happens when anything is put onto a slot, such as the backpack slot or belt slot, clothes slots as well and etc.
