Remove/adjust Pneumatic Cannons

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Currently pneumatic cannon loaded with a knife and set to high output can 1-shot any alien, including Crusher, as the throwing knife ignores armor.
Pneumatic cannons were never used by USCMC in "Aliens" or mentioned in any lore I can easily remember.
So killing aliens you cant easily kill with a missile is gamey, unbalancing, and immersions breaking.


Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Less defense one-shots of aliens, more use of normal weapons and balanced deciding fights.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
Remove or adjust. I'd say remove.

+1, if it can one shot a crusher then it is clearly an oversight.

I will inform the dev team and request this to be removed. It is considered a "Makeshift" Weapon and to be honest it sounds just god awful in the first place. I would not see marines using this unless they used it as a makeshift grenade launcher at best
