Walls under acid

Bug Description: So, I was maintaining defense in Brief on Last Stand ^TM using girders. I was making them all around and one marine told me that there is acid on one girder. So, I dislodged girder pushed it one tile further and fix it back with wrench, and made another girder in place of previous one. I just thought, well, girder is gonna melt anyway, let's replace it beforehand. But, well, acid left where it was and... that girder didn't melt. And new girder didn't melt. NOTHING MELTED AT ALL! I was accused in metagaming though I was as amazed as alien that accused me.

Steps to reproduce:

Make wall or girder.
Politely ask alien to spit acid on it.
Dislodge and move it from that tile. trololo, suck it, alien noob!

So, we need that wall/girder cannot be dislodged while being melting. However, I will be happy if you leave possibility to remove outter layer of metal from wall with welding tool.
