Bug Description:So basically get hit by an emp grenade and get your limbs fly off like usual but then have your chest mangled by the emp pulse and get broken bones somehow.
I had no mechanical organs at all only limbs.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Get emp'd.
2.Have limbs fly off like normal.
3.Have your chest get mangled from the emp pulse.
4.Somehow get broken bones as well from it.

You had some robotic limbs so that could be part of the reasons here... EMPs cause extreme damage to robotic limbs also. not just machinery.

Broken chest bones, most likely my ribs and somehow my lungs got fucked as well.
To be honest the emp grenade serves no actual use besides hurting over humans with it.

Actually wrong again.... EMP grenades prove extremely effective against Xenoborgs (Why would you want to though Xenoborgs at the moment are neutral and only attack when provoked most of the time) and POSSIBLY if I remember correctly predators.

Xenoborgs rarely ever happen and a predator will never stay still long enough even for you to chuck one due to their speed.
So besides xenoborgs and preds which are both small and rare events now, the emp grenade serves no purpose.

I never used robolimbs, but I think that it is an explosion from EMPed robolimbs that got your chest borked.

Why would an emp cause an explosion? Did it shut off the cooling on the reactor in his arm or something?

Mechanical arms are...mechanical. EMP's destroy mechanics. Mechanics explode, thus causing damage to whatever main body part they were attached to. It's not a bug, it's an intended bay feature. Yay bay!
