Binocular and Gun

Bug Description: While wearing a Binocular, you can shoot people at a far distance even with a handy pistol or rocket launcher.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Have a weapon in your R-Hand
2. Have a Binocular in your L-Hand
3. Activate Binocular
4. Switch over to other hand and shoot.

This has always been a thing and I hate it. I still think that a SADAR and a grenade launcher should be two hand weapons so this isn't abused anymore.

Yes, Make SADAR two handed. NOBODY fires a rocket launcher with just ONE Hand!
