Bug Description:
Fingerprint Cards don't work - you can't take prints from either yourself, or suspects.
Evidence bags don't work - you can't bag items.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Try to sleuth
2. Items don't work
3. Crei
Additionally: Putting a fingerprint card into the forensic scanner destroys it, with no way to get any new ones.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put card into scanner
2. Get data off card
3. Unable to reclaim card.
