Bug Description: The splint update did not work fully as intended. The splint updated added the ability to splint hands and feet. However the right foot was left off this update.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Try to splint right foot
2. Can't splint right foot
3. Able to splint left foot, all legs, all arms, all hands
