facehuggers cannot be removed

Bug Description: facehuggers are not appearing when you search someone somtimes and thus cannot be removed occasionally

Steps to reproduce:
1.see guy facehugged
2.go to remove hugger
3.404 hugger not found

I know that this is not related to the actual problem. But there is a bug with huggers. When I tried to hug one guy with helmet and I picked up the hugger after it fell off destroying helmet. After this my other hand was empty, hugger were active but didn't want to attach. So I drop this buggy hugger and picked other normal in the other hand, when I tried to swap working hugger in a hand which possessed broken one in past - the broken hugger teleported in my hand, instead of swap working hugger and empty hand. It keep repeating until I dropped both of them.

The hugger was "stunned" they are stunned for about 3-4 seconds after ripping off a helmet. This is different than "inactive" which they get from being carrier-thrown.
