Bug Description: Cancel the Public Announcement and this is what you get.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create Announcement as a Staff
2. Say no to declare public
3. Nanotrasen Appears!

Goodness dude, we have like 3 of these "bug" reports now, maybe just collect them all in one thread instead of each post about NT being separate so if they get fixed it'll all be at once.
