Right foot splint bugged.

Bug Description:

Per the title.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Get someone with broken right foot.
2. Try to apply splint.
3. SPLINT NO CAN BE PUT HERE GTFO.
4. Cry as you can't splint the foot.
5. Limp to medbay.
