Researches do not have access to Exosuit Fabricator

Bug Description:
Researches do not have access to Exosuit Fabricator (if they build it). That;s wh they cannot build bots and other cool things.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Be a researcher.
2. Build an Exosuit Fabricator
3. Try to use it => "Your ID has not enough permissions to use this"

Well it was kinda made to stop the masses of mech spam so not really sure about this so possibly not a bug?

I am pretty sure this was intentional due to the fact that research used to mass produce them and it caused some serious problems

Yeah there really isn't a limit with the amount if resources the Sulaco RO has access to, so I believe this is intentional.

Well, if it is on purpose, I see why is it done.
Though I found another way to mass bots and it is really simple. Thank God I am not a bug abuser.

Intentional. Apophis is writing a concept for new research thingies.
